The twelve days of Christmas begins with a Sandy Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Join us at the Grand Lawn as we light up our Tropical Sand Christmas Tree with music, face painting, arts-n- crafts, music, and seasons cheers ! Event and valet is complimentary. Christmas Magic Show

Be mesmerized and fascinated by the Holly Jolly tricks a very special magician has to show you! Event is complimentary.

Face Painting with Elves

Santa’s Elves have escaped the North Pole and are coming directly to you and coming to the resort with colors, brushes and a little bit of magic. Event is complimentary.

Ginger Bread Factory
Wednesday, December 9
4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Delivered directly from the North Pole, join Santa’s party chefs for an afternoon of sweet treats and ginger bread house decorating. $25 per person. Adults must accompany child during activity. Reservations required by calling (305) 365-4500.

Holly Jolly Arts-n-Crafts

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Our little guests can create Christmas gifts, cards, ornaments and other sparkling crafts. Prices vary by craft. Located in the Lobby Lounge.

Santa’s Helpers
Saturday, December 12
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Get in the holiday spirit, as we wrap toys with Santa for our local children’s charity. As the wrapping continues, enjoy Gingerbread cookies and hot cocoa. Unwrapped toy required. Event is complimentary and the hotel will provide all materials to wrap the gifts.

Magical Spa Day with American Doll

Wear your Holiday sports gear and join the Cliff Drysdale tennis pros for an afternoon of drills, volleys and non-stop fun! Moms can enjoy a cardio workout, as little ones participate in reindeer games.

A Very Merry Celebration

The twelve days of Christmas conclude with A Very Merry Farewell Celebration completes with Christmas caroling throughout the resort. Event is complimentary and begins in the main lobby.

Nov 24, 5:30-7:30pm: Gingerbread House Decorating Party in the IKEA Restaurant. $10 includes all supplies. Purchase tickets in advance and groups reserve via miamievents@IKEA.com.

Portfolio Class for 7-18 year olds: Weekend workshops for young artists to develop a portfolio and build technical skills.  Teaching artists explore various mediums, techniques and tools for art making.
