Spring Garden Festival – Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is hosting a Spring Garden Festival!Saturday April 12 and Sunday April 13 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.Join in celebrating spring with local foods and the gardens they grow in. Browse vegetables, herbs, and handmade products from local vendors, take a stroll through the Edible Garden, sample flavors at the Spring Beer Garden, sit in on lectures about butterflies, and take home some of the thousands of plants on sale from Fairchild’s nursery and local plant vendors. And, since butterflies are important pollinators, expect many cooking demos featuring honey. Admission is $25 for adults, $18 for seniors 65 and up, $12 for children 6-17, and free for Fairchild members and children 5 and under.

Fairchild Farmers’ Market
When: Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Come and stock up your kitchen at the brand new Fairchild Farmers’ Market every Saturday (excluding festival weekends)! Local vendors will be selling fresh produce, honey, artisan products, handmade soaps, herb and vegetable plants, baked goods, and much more!
Located in Fairchild’s lowlands parking, the Farmers’ Market is free to attend.
