Quote of the week
“The great motherhood friendships are the ones in which two women can admit [how difficult mothering is] quietly to each other, over cups of tea at a table sticky with spilled apple juice and littered with markers without tops.” ― Anna Quindlen
Brickell City Center is our new favorite in downtown Miami! We have been waiting for this shopping and dining complex to open for a while now. We have been there almost every week since the shopping mall opened its doors last October 2016. Many new and great stores have opened lately such as Dr. Smood, Pubbelly Sushi, Haagen dazs, illesteva, and various more.
We have seen some of you early in the mornings with your strollers and babies, some of you even dare to breastfeed in a corner (congratulations for doing that!). Just simply wish we could enjoy a private breastfeeding area just for us! Who knows? We might get it soon! If you have not been there yet, check out our video on Facebook for a quick snapshot of the location.
Anyway, hope to see you there soon. And, yes, you heard right…..Enjoy the 2 hour free parking while it lasts!

Most parents would agree with me that what is most important to us about our kids is that they grow to be good, healthy, happy adults. We all worry and care about the same. Childhood is different from when we were kids. We live in a world that is constantly changing. There is information […]
You all know that I am all about raising my “little” girls bilingual. There are many reasons for this, not only because I want them to love and honor their parents’ culture and background but also because kids that are brought and nurtured in a multilingual and multicultural environment are more adept at acquiring knowledge […]
