  • Atención Open House-Escuelas!

    Si tienes un hijo/a de 3, 4 o 5 años seguramente te estarás rompiendo la cabeza pensando en que escuela deberías inscribirlo/a. Ni te cuento si vives en Brickell, donde la situación es todavía más dificil ya que no contamos con tantas opciones como otras áreas. Pero no te preocupes! Ocupate no más! Han comenzado los “open house” de las escuelas para que las conozcas. Aquí una de las mamás comparte sus notas sobre lo que ha investigado. Adelante cuéntanos si tienes alguna info útil, estamos todas en la misma!!!

    • St. Phillips Episcopal (305.444.6366) – Open House próximo  22 de noviembre, 6 de dic, 11 de dic., hay que registrarse on-line.  Consejo de madre: Aunque hay varias fechas regístrate cuánto antes!
    • St. Thomas Episcopal (786.268.3304) – Open House, no hay que registrarse, estar allí 8:45 am. Nuevas fechas: Nov 13, Nov 21, Dic 6 y Dic 13. Habrá más fechas en el 2014 pero las anuncian en diciembre.
    • Gulliver Academy (305.665.3593) – Hay varias fechas: PS: Octubre 29 y Noviembre 19, a las 9am – Lower School: Octubre 30 a las 9am/ Registrarse on-line
    • St. Stephens (305.445.2606) – Noviembre 12 a las 9 am, Diciembre 13 también. Registrarse on-line.
    • St. Theresa Catholic (305.446.1738) – Noviembre 13, 9am. No hay que registrarse!
    • St. Agnes (305.361.3245) – Hay tours los martes a las 10 am pero hay que registrarse, llamar a Cristina Torres.
    • St. Hugh’s Catholic (305.448.5602) – Los miércoles a las 9:30 se puede visitar, no hay que hacer cita pero mejor si avisas un día antes. Hay un open house el 15 de Enero de 8 am a 12pm.
    • Riviera (305.666.1856) – Se saca cita
    • Cushman (305.757.1966)- Se saca cita
    • St. Christopher By the sea (305.361.5080) – Open house en Noviembre – fecha a confirmar.
    • Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart (305.446. 5673) – Noviembre 21 de 9 am a 11 am.
    • Gordon Day School of Beth David Congregation (305.854.3242) – Noviembre 12, hay que registrarse online o telefónicamente.
    • St. Peter and Paul Catholic (305.858.3722) – Sacar cita
    • Bridge Prep Academy (786.477.4372) – Open House en Enero, a anunciarse
    • Sunset Elementary (305. 661.0493) – Todos los tours están full hasta las sgtes. fechas: 
      Enero 4, Enero 24 y Enero 31. Hay que registrarse. Comienzan como a las 9 am y duran una hora y media.
