Make Carousel Memories

No matter your age, there is just something special about riding a carousel. It brings the child out in all of us. We have a family tradition since my oldest little girl was eight months old. everywhere we travel, we go find the local carousel. So, we collect carousel pictures and memories. We all love it, even my husband jumps on it once in a while.

Believe it or not, we do have two of the best carousels in Miami right here in our community. We are very lucky to have them nearby. The info is below but please make sure to call them before you head out, days and hours of operation do change.

1- Virginia Key Beach Carousel Vintage Allan Herschell Merry-Go-Round
Amusements & Recreation

Located at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. The park is open 7AM-Sunset, 7 days a week (except Thanksgiving and Christmas). 4020 Virginia Beach Drive Miami, Florida 33149. Weekend Rides only Cost is $1 per ride. Phone:  305.960.4600

2- Crandon Park Amusement Center Allan Herschell Merry go round – Miami-Dade County

Located at Crandon Park, 6747 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne, FL. Carousel hours of operation during weekends, Sat-Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Cost is $2 but allows for three rides!. Just call to make sure of times before you head out. Phone: 305.361.5421

Former Kehoe’s Carousel, Bayside Marketplace, Miami, Florida is currently not here with us anymore. Hopefully they come back!
