Cuando de comer vegetales se trata, los de hojas verdes son los más olvidados en la alimentación, son los más ausentes en las dietas modernas. Sin embargo, son el grupo de vegetales más importante que debemos incorporar diariamente para logar un sistema inmune y un cuerpo saludable.
Seguramente de pequeño tus padres te insistieron con este tema; pero si esos consejos no fueron suficientes para que en la actualidad los hayas hecho parte de tu vida; hoy quiero compartirte todos los beneficios que éstos tienen, para que reconsideres introducirlos poco a poco.
Algunas opciones de vegetales verdes son: apio, rúcula, col verde, col rizada, berro, brócoli, lechugas, pepino, kale, acelga, bok choy, repollo, alcachofa, espinaca por mencionar algunas.

Lo mejor para tener una dieta saludable y para mantenerla es entender que tenemos que comer verduras con cada comida, así que aquí te doy algunos tips para que lo logres:
Hay gran variedad de vegetales verdes para consumir durante todo el año, te invito a que pruebes, conozcas, te atrevas a salir de la lechuga y el brócoli, para que en tu “dieta” puedas alcanzar máximos beneficios.
Mi recomendación es que los consumas orgánicos para evitar pesticidas y químicos en tu organismo. Y por último recordarte que gran parte de la medicina que necesitamos está justo frente a nosotros, de manera natural, de la tierra, fresca, disponible y lista para nutrirnos.
